Nutripharma Lecithin Pulver is lecithin extracted from sunflower oil, which has a natural content of lecithin. Nutripharma Lecithin Pulver has a mild taste and can be taken on its own or used as a sprinkle on a smoothie or yoghurt. The content is 100% vegan and can be consumed by both vegetarians and vegans.
Lecithin contains phospholipids which are of great importance to the body’s tissues and organs, as they are important building blocks in the cell membrane. The phospholipids keep the cell membrane elastic so that the important nutrients can pass into the cell. One of the phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine contains choline. Another essential fatty acid, linoleic acid (Omega-6) can also be found in lecithin.
Daily dose – not to be exceeded
For adults and children over 11 years:
1 measuring spoon, which corresponds to approximately 10.5g. Eat as is or take with water. Can also be sprinkled on smoothies, yogurt or the like.
